Sangeethagurukulam is concieved by Ajit Namboothiri as an institution devoted to Indian music and culture, established in 2000 and inaugurated officially by great Carnatic music exponent Sadguru Sri Neyveli R Santhanagopalan.
It is primarly
intended to do a good service in propogating defferent genres of Indian
Music and traditions, to create awareness of the ancient and modern
literature, in the context of changing cultural attitudes. At
present the activities are focused on training or perfecting the
students, arranging lecture demonstrations, publications, concerts, etc.
Sangeethagurukulam is cituated at Thiruvananthapuram.
We offer Online Carnatic Music Lessons in the USA, UK, India, and more. We accept students of all levels - beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
